Webfaze checks with the webfaze.com directory about every 12 hours. There are three reasons it turns an extension off. The Extensions screen says which one applies.

1. The extension's subscription ended

The message reads: "[extension] [version] was pulled from the directory and has been turned off. Your subscription to [extension] ended. Renew it on webfaze.com to turn it back on."

  1. On webfaze.com, open Account → Billing and, under the ended subscription, press Subscribe again.
  2. In your Console, open Extensions, click the extension's card, and press Turn on. It doesn't turn itself back on.

2. The version was pulled for safety

The message says the version was pulled from the directory and has been turned off, with the reason. Webfaze pulls a version when a problem is found in it, and it's switched off on every site that runs it.

  • When the developer publishes a fixed version, it appears on the extension's card as Update available. Install it, then make sure the extension is on.
  • If you rely on it, ask the developer in the extension's support forum (linked from its details).

3. Your licence isn't active

While a site has no valid licence, every extension stops and can't be turned on. They start again by themselves as soon as a valid licence is entered.

Turned off but no message? Someone on your team may have turned it off. Activity in the Console shows who turned off an extension and when.
