A licence to use Webfaze, a downloadable website builder, on the number of sites your plan allows. You download the software from your account and run it on your own server or hosting.
Instantly. As soon as the payment goes through, your licence key and the download appear in your account under Licences and Downloads. Nothing is shipped.
Yes. Hosting is not included. Webfaze runs on a VPS, in Docker, or on shared hosting that offers Node.js apps (such as Hostinger Business or Cloud plans, or cPanel with Setup Node.js App). It needs Node.js 22.15 or newer and MySQL, MariaDB or SQLite. See the install guide.
One website (domain). www.example.com and example.com are the same website. Once a licence is activated on a website, that website keeps the seat for good, even if the site is removed or reinstalled. Sites on localhost, *.test, *.local, staging.* or dev.* addresses don’t use a seat (up to 3 per licence).
One-time licences do not expire. For a plan that renews, nothing is deleted when it ends: the Console locks except the Licence screen, a backup download and signing out, installed extensions stop running, and the public site keeps running for 7 days before showing a “temporarily unavailable” page. A valid key brings everything back at once.
Webfaze checks its licence about once a month. If webfaze.com can’t be reached, the site keeps working normally for 14 days while it keeps trying. An outage on our side never locks your site.
Yes, on the same domain. Install Webfaze on the new server and enter the same key: a licence can be activated again on its website any number of times. Your content moves with a backup from the Console or by copying the data folder. A different domain needs another licence.
Every plan is a separate purchase with its own key. To cover more websites, buy another licence. Your existing licence keeps working on the websites it is used on.
First purchases of a plan can be refunded within 14 days if Webfaze doesn’t work as described. See the refund policy.
