If Webfaze doesn't work as described, you can ask for your money back within 14 days of your first purchase of a plan.
What can be refunded
- First purchase of a plan: a full refund within 14 days if Webfaze doesn't work as described, for example it won't install or run on hosting that meets the requirements and we can't fix it with you.
- A renewal charged after you meant to cancel: within 14 days of that renewal payment, as long as the licence hasn't been used since the renewal.
- Paid extensions: within 14 days of purchase, if it doesn't work as its listing describes and its developer can't fix it.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges: always refunded.
What isn't refunded
- Requests after the 14 days (except duplicate or mistaken charges).
- Problems caused by hosting that doesn't meet the requirements, such as PHP-only hosting without Node.js.
- Hosting, domains or other services bought from someone else.
- Licences revoked for breaking the terms.
How to ask
- Sign in on webfaze.com and post in the Fixing problems space that you'd like a refund. Don't post your order number or licence key.
- The Webfaze team contacts you at the email address on your account.
You can also reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Lemon Squeezy is our reseller and merchant of record, so it pays the refund back to the card or account you paid with. Depending on your bank, it can take a few working days.
What happens to the licence: a refunded plan's key is revoked. Sites using it lock, and the public site goes offline after 7 days. Your content is never deleted, so download a backup from Tools first.
