Receipts come from Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which handles payments for webfaze.com.
From your account
- Sign in on webfaze.com and open Account → Billing.
- The Orders table lists every purchase with its Item, Amount, Status, Date and Order reference.
- Press Receipt on the order you need. It opens the Lemon Squeezy receipt for that payment.
By email
Lemon Squeezy also emails a receipt when you pay. Keep it: replying to it is another way to reach us about that payment.
Subscriptions
For a monthly or yearly subscription (for example a paid extension), Manage billing on the subscription in Account → Billing opens your Lemon Squeezy billing page.
Taxes: prices on webfaze.com are in US dollars, and tax may be added at checkout depending on where you are. Your receipt shows what was charged.
If something on a receipt looks wrong, post in the Fixing problems space without your order number or card details, and the Webfaze team will contact you through your account email.
