Your licence key is in your webfaze.com account.
- Sign in at webfaze.com.
- Open Account → Licences.
- Each licence has its own card. The key is partly hidden: press Show to see it, or use the copy button next to it.
The card also shows:
- the plan and how many sites it covers (Sites: 1 of 10 used, for example);
- Sites using this key: every site where the key is active, with its Webfaze version and when it last checked in. Test sites are marked Staging · free;
- a Remove button next to each site, to free its place.
A key looks like WFZ-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. Keys never use the characters 0, 1, I or O, which is why copying and pasting is safer than typing.
Just bought a licence? It appears in Account → Licences as soon as the payment goes through, and the software is in Account → Downloads. Nothing is shipped.
Keep the key private. Don't post it in the community or send it to anyone. If you need help with a licence, describe the problem and the Webfaze team will contact you through your account email.
