Subscriptions are managed on webfaze.com, in Account → Billing.
- Sign in on webfaze.com and open Account → Billing.
- Under Subscriptions, find the one you want to stop.
- Press Cancel at period end.
It changes to Won't renew, with the date it keeps working until. Nothing stops before the end of the period you paid for.
Changed your mind? While that period is still running, press Resume on the same subscription.
Other buttons on a subscription
- Update payment method: change the card it renews with.
- Manage billing: opens your Lemon Squeezy billing page. Lemon Squeezy handles our payments.
What happens when it ends
- An extension subscription: your sites turn the extension off at their next check with the directory (about every 12 hours), with a message that the subscription ended. Subscribe again on the extension's page, then turn it back on in your Console under Extensions.
- A plan that renews: the licence expires at the end of the period. The Console locks except the Licence screen, a backup download and Sign out, and the public site keeps running for 7 days before showing a "temporarily unavailable" page. Nothing is deleted, and a valid key brings everything back at once.
One-time licences have nothing to cancel: they don't renew and don't expire.
