Newsletter and Popups can keep a copy of your subscribers in Mailchimp or Brevo. You set it up under Newsletter → Integrations (administrators only).

Mailchimp

  1. In Mailchimp, create an API key (Profile → Extras → API keys).
  2. Find your Audience id (Audience → Settings → Audience name and defaults).
  3. In Webfaze, tick Copy subscribers to Mailchimp, paste the API key and Audience id, and press Save and test.

Brevo

  1. In Brevo, create an API key (SMTP and API → API keys).
  2. Find the List id: the number shown beside the list in Contacts → Lists.
  3. In Webfaze, tick Copy subscribers to Brevo, paste the API key and List id, and press Save and test.

How the sync works

  • It's a copy from your site to Mailchimp or Brevo, not the other way round.
  • Confirmed subscribers are copied within a minute of signing up.
  • Unsubscribes are passed on too.
  • API keys are stored encrypted.

Already have subscribers? Press Copy everyone now to send your whole list.

If some can't be copied

The screen shows how many failed and the latest error, such as a wrong key or list id. Fix the setting and press Try them again.

You don't need either service to send newsletters: Webfaze sends campaigns through your own email settings. The sync is for keeping your list in a tool you already use.
