Both are set up under Shop → Settings.

Delivery (Shop → Settings → Delivery)

Switch on any combination:

  • Flat rate: give it a Name (such as "Standard delivery") and a Price.
  • Free delivery over an amount: a Name and the order total from which it's free.
  • Local pickup: a Name, a Price (it can be 0) and Where and when to collect.

Bank transfer (Shop → Settings → Payments)

Tick Bank transfer and fill in Bank details and instructions: account name, IBAN or account number, and bank. Customers see them after placing the order and in their confirmation email.

Cash on delivery

Tick Cash on delivery and add short Instructions if you like.

Press Save settings.

When the money arrives

Orders paid by bank transfer or cash wait as pending until you confirm payment:

  1. Open Shop → Orders and the order.
  2. In the Payment card, add a Reference if you like and press Mark as paid.
  3. When you send it, use Ship the order: add the Carrier and Tracking number, keep Email the customer ticked, and press Mark as shipped.

Good to know

  • Prices include tax is recorded for now. Tax rates come in a later version.
  • Shop → Settings → Staff lets a lower role, such as a shop assistant, see orders and customers without access to these settings.
  • Confirmation and shipping emails go through Settings → Email.
